1-on-1 Training Sessions
Single session technique instruction for any group of exercises or tune up for technique in strength sport movements (powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, track field events, and competitive exercise) – This is for those that wish to do it on their own but want a 1 time session or maybe a string of sessions to be coached on the technique of movements they wish to become better at or those in which they need instruction. This would be for a powerlifter or even a typical gymgoer who wishes to learn how to squat properly or more efficiently. They may not wish to be coached full time by me or to do my programming but would like instruction on how to perform the exercise correctly.
